About us
About us
We are Delfina and Eduardo, and we have decided to embark on a project where nature, history and wine are the protagonists. This is how Manto Wine Camp was born, with the intention of offering a unique experience within the tourist offer of Cafayate, a very special destination.
We are located within Finca Tolombón, a family winery that sells wine in bulk, where the new generations are developing our own wine lines.
Our location, just 10 minutes by car from Cafayate, is a strategic point to explore the charms of the Calchaquí Valleys.
Our team loves this region deeply and works with passion to spread their love for this unique place. Each experience is personalized, adapting to the interests and preferences of each group. Together, we define the best menus and activities to turn every moment into an unforgettable memory.

At Manto Wine Camp, we offer customized menus that highlight fresh, regional ingredients. From traditional barbecues to gourmet dishes, each meal is an opportunity to enjoy the gastronomic tradition of northern Argentina, accompanied by our exceptional wines.

In addition, you will learn about the exciting world of wine with our visits to the winery at Finca Tolombón, and the complete winemaking process, from grape harvesting to bottling.
